What is a Biodata?
Even though resumes are the most often documents to use in the recruiting process, sometimes may have an occasion to use biodata instead. Biographical data is a one-to-three page document used when applying for a job. Biodata sums up most forms of an employee’s life, including his personal details, education, skills, and work experience. Providing details of the employee’s personal life is the main content behind writing a biodata. On a biodata sheet, he can include pieces of information like gender, religion, mailing address, and hobbies, along with all the professional details.
