Type of Service: Professional Resume Writing
Our service primarily focuses on creating and enhancing professional resumes to effectively highlight your qualifications and experience.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
- The standard Turnaround Time (TAT) for our resume writing service is 4 - 5 working days from receiving all necessary information and materials.
- Please note that this period may be extended if communication delays occur, additional information is required, or unforeseen technical errors (connectivity issues, power failure, etc.).
- The standard TAT does not include weekends and public holidays. If the TAT deadline falls on a non-working day, the delivery will be scheduled for the next working day.

Express Delivery
The standard Turnaround Time (TAT) for our resume writing service is 4 – 5 working days. We can deliver you the finished Resume in 24 or 48 hrs based on the profile. An express delivery charge of Rs.500 may be attracted for quick processing.
Request for Express Delivery
Please note that a request for processing Express delivery cannot be executed after committing to the normal turnaround time and making the payment. It is essential to specify the requirement for Express delivery at the time of initiating the service and making the payment.

The Resume will be in PDF Format. Our service includes edits (4 edits/Year) to the following sections:

Before the agreement, we will provide selected model layouts from which to choose. Any change in content and layout revisions requested outside the scope of our agreed-upon edit inclusions will be subject to additional charges.
Review and Approval
We will provide you with a draft of your resume for your review. Please carefully examine the document to ensure that the included information is accurate and meets your expectations.
Revisions
In the event of any factual inaccuracies or errors in the provided information, we will make necessary revisions promptly. However, revisions requested outside the scope of our agreed-upon edit inclusions will be subject to additional charges.
Major changes in Keyword-Optimized Content
Any major change insisted/made specifically by the client Or advised by any external parties/consultants to the keyword-optimized content during the writing process or post-delivery can significantly reduce the resume health and the chances of getting shortlisted in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Indiantalent Human Resource OPC Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from such changes.
Confidentiality
We prioritise the confidentiality of your personal and professional information. Your data will be handled with the utmost care and not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Payment Schedule
Payment is due in full before the commencement of any resume-writing services. Work on your resume will only begin once the payment has been received and confirmed.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- If services are cancelled before the initiation of the writing process, a full refund will be issued.
- If after the initial consultation and commencement of work, the client is dissatisfied, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund amounts will be determined based on the extent of work completed.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in a delay in the delivery of the final resume. Indiantalent Human Resource Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.
Client Consultation
We value your input and will schedule an online consultation to discuss your preferences, career goals, and any specific requirements you may have for your resume. Your feedback is essential in ensuring that the final product meets your expectations and aligns with your professional aspirations.
Consultation Cost
The online consultation service is included in the overall cost of the resume writing package. There are no additional charges for the initial online consultation session. However, an additional fee of Rs. 500 per hour will be applicable for direct meetings and advanced client consultation beyond the standard session. This fee covers the extra time and resources to understand your needs and preferences comprehensively.
